CreatingAll artworks created by me are 100% human-made, No AI tools are used in my creative process. I use Adobe Photoshop.
Honorary copyEvery book cover or endpaper I make, I ask for an honorary copy for myself on the top of the price. I’m based in the EU, but I am okay if you only give the book, and I will solve the posting part myself.
PAYMENT TERMS*
Accepted payment methodsRevolut (Paypal ONLY in special cases.) I will send a payment request that you will need to pay.
InvoiceOnce the payment is received, you will also get an invoice of the payment. For the invoice I will need your name and address (*I will keep it private.)
Payment MethodThe Commissioner will pay the total project via Revolut (bank transfer, card, apple pay and google pay payment options, no registration needed). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project, due at least two weeks before the start date. The remaining 50% is due upon reciving the final sketch. You will have one week to complete each payment phase. The rendering begins only after the full payment is received. If no payment is made and I don’t hear from you, your spot will be cancelled, and I will offer it to another customer from my waitlist. Once payment is confirmed, I will begin work and send the first sketch as soon as possible, typically within the first 2-3 day of your scheduled week..** You are always welcome to request updates at any time.
Refunds & CancellationOnce the rendering stage on the commission has started, refunds are no longer possible.
RESERVING A COMMISSION SLOT*
EmailTo reserve a spot, please email me at [email protected] Choose the time that best fits your schedule from my commission slot list and mention it in your email with the commission details.

Process TimeThe commission process time usually starts after the sketch is completed and is typically about 7-14 days, depending on how quickly you respond to me. However, the maximum waiting time for any commission is 1 month. This only changes in rare cases, such as illness or other family emergencies.
Commission DetailsI always ask for details about the commission, I may ask for additional references or details to clarify the concept. I also ask for a picture from your favorite post on my Instagram feed, so I can get a sense of the type of drawings you like and create something similar. References and details can be updated later, closer to when I start your commission, if needed, especially if you want to secure a slot while still finalizing your idea.
ChangeIf revisions are needed, provide clear and detailed feedback. I allow 2–3 revision requests per stage. I will never move forward to the next step without your approval, to be sure that you are satisfied with the progress.
COMMISSION PROCCESS*
ProcessDuring the commission process, you will receive previews at the main stages of the artwork: -> hard sketch -> sketch with the main colors and lineart -> and in the end the rendered artwork.
Client AvailabilityPlease make sure to review and approve each stage so I can continue to the next one. If you don't respond back for two weeks, you lose the slot because I can't finish your artwork. There is no refund.
Final stageAt the final stage, only small adjustments can be requested. If you need the artwork completed by a specific deadline, please mention it in advance. Rush deadlines may include extra fees.
NoteMy commission workflow relies on communication, so both the client and I share the responsibility to stay responsive in order to keep the process smooth and respect any agreed deadlines.
RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK*
Commercial useCommercial use is included in the price! - You do not need to pay more!
RightsThe commissioner may print, share, or post the artwork, provided that proper credit is given to the artist (Celestarly). The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFT-related purposes, or similar technologies, even if commercial rights have been purchased.
FilesThe commissioner will receive the final artwork in high-resolution files. (.jpg/.png for RGB or .jpg/.PDF/.tiff for CMYK). If other file formats are required, this must be requested in advance.
TimelapseTimelapses files are generally not included, but exceptions can be discussed if needed.
Social media / PatreonI reserves the right to share or display the commissioned artwork after it has been completed. If you prefer that the artwork remains private (for example, if it is a gift, or the book not published yet), please inform me in advance. Please note that I share every commission piece in both mobile and desktop wallpaper versions with my Patrons as a locked post as soon as it’s finished, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.
Comission FormBy applying to a commission spot, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. The form therefore acts as a contract between the artist (Celestarly) and the client/commissioner.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION*
.If any issue or dispute arises regarding a commission, both the client and the artist agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication.
.If the dispute cannot be resolved this way, consumer clients may refer the matter to the Hungarian Consumer Conciliation Boards, which are independent organizations that help resolve disputes between consumers and businesses outside of court.
