Below you can see my available slots for the year, I can take up to 2 commissions per week.Each slot represents 1 commission.
If you see 2 slots in a week, that means I have time for two pieces that week (for example, an endpaper and a book cover).
If you see only 1 slot, someone has already booked the other spot.

Terms of Service
Any commission that does not comply with these terms will be cancelled. I also reserve the right to decline a commission request without providing a specific reason.
| Price list | Because of the time and effort invested into each artwork, as well as the continuous development of my skills, my prices may increase from time to time. Please always check the latest pricing before requesting a commission. |
| Creating | All artworks created by me are 100% human-made. I may use self-made Easy Pose 3D structures and license-free stock photos as references. No AI tools are used in my creative process. I use Adobe Photoshop. |
| Commission Process | |
|---|---|
| Process | During the commission process, you will receive previews at the main stages of the artwork: thumbnails/sketches, a short explanation of my concept and the idea or emotions I aim to tell based on your brief, and in the end the rendered artwork. |
| Client Availability | Please make sure to review and approve each stage so I can continue to the next one. If revisions are needed, provide clear and detailed feedback. I allow 2–3 revision requests per stage. I will never move forward to the next step without your approval, to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress. |
| Approve | Once a stage has been approved by the commissioner, further changes to that stage may require additional fees and full payment of the commission. |
| Final stage | At the final stage, only small adjustments can be requested. If you need the artwork completed by a specific deadline, please mention it in advance. Rush deadlines may include extra fees. |
| Note | My commission workflow relies on communication, so both the client and I share the responsibility to stay responsive in order to keep the process smooth and respect any agreed deadlines. |
| Reserving a Commission Slot | |

| To reserve a slot, please email me at ( [email protected] ) Choose the time that best fits your schedule from my commission slot list and mention it in your email. I organize commissions on a weekly basis, regardless of the type of artwork. | |
| Respond | I will always get back to you to confirm your plans fit into the week you selected (for book covers, I usually need to account for extra time if you’re requesting a sprayed edge as well). |
| Process Time | The commission process time usually starts after the sketch is completed and is typically about one week, depending on how quickly you respond to me. However, the maximum waiting time for any commission is one month. This only changes in rare cases, such as illness or other family emergencies. |
| Information about the commission | This ensures that communication is working properly and that I have enough information about your request. If not, I may ask for additional references or details to clarify the concept. I also always ask for a picture from your favorite post on my Instagram feed, so I can get a sense of the type of images you like and create something similar. References and details can be updated later, closer to when I start your commission, if needed, especially if you want to secure a slot while still finalizing your idea. |
| Change | However, everything must be fully prepared no later than one weeks before your commission week. After the sketch I may decline the modification if it differs too much from the original brief. If I accept the change, the price may be adjusted accordingly. |
| Payment Terms | |

| Payment | Full payment is usually required before work begins, but a payment plan can be discussed if necessary. |
| Accepted payment methods | Revolut (or Paypal in special cases.) I will send a payment request that you will need to pay. |
| Invoice | Once the payment is received, you will also get an invoice of the payment. For the invoice I will need your name and address (*I will keep it private.) |
| Payment method | I will send an email requesting payment two weeks before the week of your commission slot. You will have one week to complete the payment. If no payment is made and I don’t hear from you, your spot will be cancelled, and I will offer it to another customer from my waitlist. Once payment is confirmed, I will begin work and send the first sketches or thumbnails as soon as possible, typically within the first two day of your scheduled week. You are always welcome to request updates at any time. |
| Refunds & Cancellation |

| Once work on the commission has started, refunds are no longer possible. |
| Rights to the Artwork | |
|---|---|
| Files | The commissioner will receive the final artwork in high-resolution files. (.jpg/.png for RGB or .jpg/.tiff for CMYK). If other file formats are required (for example .psd), this must be requested in advance. |
| Rights | The commissioner may print, share, or post the artwork, provided that proper credit is given to the artist (Celestarly). The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFT-related purposes, or similar technologies, even if commercial rights have been purchased. |
| Default | By default, commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only. |
| Commercial use | Commercial use is included in the price! I do not need to pay more! (Please note that online marketing counts as commercial use, as it is intended to promote or sell products.) |
| PSD files | PSD files are generally not included, but exceptions can be discussed if needed. |
| Copyright | All copyright and ownership rights remain with the artist, Celestarly, unless otherwise agreed upon. The artwork may not be redistributed, resold, or used for profit without the artist’s permission. |
| Social media / Patreon | The artist reserves the right to share or display the commissioned artwork after it has been completed. If you prefer that the artwork remains private (for example, if it is a gift), please inform me in advance. |
| Sales | All sales are final. I reserve the right to decline any commission request. |
| Comission Form | By submitting the commission form, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. The form therefore acts as a contract between the artist (Celestarly) and the client/commissioner. |
| Patreon | Please note that I share every commission piece in both mobile and desktop wallpaper versions with my Patrons as a locked post as soon as it’s finished, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance. |

| For any NSFW commission, I will require proof of age (yours and the person being depicted if applicable). Please do not send explicit references of real people, including yourself. Any NSFW request will be declined if there is any uncertainty regarding consent, or if the subject might be underage. |
| Dispute Resolution & Consumer Mediation |

| If any issue or dispute arises regarding a commission, both the client and the artist agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication. |
| If the dispute cannot be resolved this way, consumer clients may refer the matter to the Hungarian Consumer Conciliation Boards, which are independent organizations that help resolve disputes between consumers and businesses outside of court. More information: https://bekeltetes.hu |
