When Do I Need a Commercial License?
You need a commercial license when commissioning an artist if the artwork will be used in a business context. This typically covers:

| Rights | You have full commercial rights to the artwork, which means the artist cannot license or sell the artwork for commercial purposes to any other person or company. However, the artist retains the right to create and sell printed versions, such as posters or merchandise, or digital versions, like downloadable files. This allows both parties to benefit from the artwork while protecting your exclusive commercial use of it. |

| What to Expect and When | The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc. |
| Final Review | I will send a low-res version for final review via Instagram or email. Request minor changes if needed. |
| Receive Your Commission Pack! | I will send the high-resolution digital files package via email or a file-sharing service. |
